The ISO Standards expect organizations to continuosly strive for improvement. The expectations not only focus on the companies being certified but also to the certification bodies. We understand, that sometimes an audit might nor lead to the expected results. Therefore, it is important for clients to be able to give feedback to the certification body. If a client feels that its beeing treated to severly then it has the right to appeal to a particuar certification decision.
